Free Delivery on All Orders
We’re happy to offer free delivery on every order. We cover the delivery costs ourselves, but it does cost us a lot if a delivery fails and the product comes back to us.
So, please provide a complete address and be ready to accept your order when the courier arrives.
For Prepaid Orders:
We will ship your order within 1 day, and it should reach you in 4–5 days.
For Cash on Delivery Orders:
Please allow 1–2 days for order verification, 1 day for processing, and a few more days for delivery. You should get your product within a week.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy: We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.
Exchange eligibility: We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display setting, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
Noor Vastra shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our official website www.noorvastra.com
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- You can raise the exchange query at help@noorvastra.com Within 24 Hours of delivery.
- An amount of 150 Rs. (per order) will be charged to process your exchange.
- If you have received a damaged product or completely incorrect product, please contact us via mail ( help@noorvastra.com) within 24 hours of delivery.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 24-48 working hours.
- Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.
- You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a mail on ( help@noorvastra.com) ,All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10 am- 6 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
- In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 24 hours of receiving the product(s).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We offer you the ease of cancellation of your COD orders within 24 hours of order placement. Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

- We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
REFUND POLICY
- Noor Vastra does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for purchased items. You may refer to the same under ‘Exchange & Cancelation Policy’ on our website.
